Contact Information

It is the responsibility of each individual patient to notify Mr Goutos’ office of any changes to the personal information listed above whilst under his care. All documents including invoices, clinic letters and quotes will be emailed via the encrypted patient platform Carebit in order to comply with GDPR and data protection guidelines. If for any reason, you do not wish to receive documents via this portal, you need to notify us in writing to contact@goutoslondon.com

Initial Consultation

All initial consultations carry a fee of £340. This amount is to be paid at the time of booking and it is not redeemable against any future treatments or procedures that you choose to undergo.

Follow-up Appointments

All follow up consultations will be charged at £200 per appointment, unless otherwise stated via written communication.  Please note that if a procedure is carried out as part of the follow up appointment (e.g., removal of sutures, therapeutic injection/aspiration, laser/light based treatment), separate additional fees may apply.

Appointment Cancellations

All consultations must be paid for in full at least 10 days prior to the scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time and no-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.

Fees for outpatient treatment and day case procedures must be settled in full at least 10 days prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations made within 7 days of the original appointment and no-shows will be charged the full fee.

All cancellations must be notified in writing to contact@goutoslondon.com; please note that individual facilities have their own terms and conditions regarding late cancellation fees; the above terms relate to Mr Goutos’ fees only.

Insurance Patients

If you have private medical insurance, please contact your insurer before your consultation in order to check the terms of your policy cover, including any reimbursement limits on consultation fees. I am recognised by the following medical insurers: Cigna, Vitality Health, WPA, and fees can vary between different insurers on the basis of prior contract negotiations and are not fully determined by me.  It is the sole responsibility of the patient to ensure that all fees not covered by their insurance provider are paid in full.
